Salt Lake City, Utah was the place to visit last weekend. Had no clue it was such a beautiful place. I traveled there to watch my Son compete in the 2024 USA Powerlifting Nationals at the Salt Palace Convention Center. It was so great to see and watch him do one of the many things he enjoys. He was amazing and he set a Hawaii State Squat Powerlifting record as well. It brings much happiness and peacefulness to see my Son shine and enjoy God’s blessings. It also made my Birthday brighter, watching him doing what he loves. Bryant and Sarai gave me some beautiful hydrangeas. They mailed me a birthday package to my home, which remains enroute. Late gifts make birthdays last longer~~

I was able to capture a few shots on the drives/walks to the Convention Center, where the meet took place. The city is surrounded by mountains, road signs, artwork and beautiful graffiti. We enjoyed a short shopping trip at the City Creek Center. What a unique shopping center, really it is a must see! Salt Lake City is definitely on my list for a second visit!
